We understand that true well-being encompasses more than just physical fitness. We believe in the wellness that focuses on nurturing your mind, body, and soul. That is the reason behind our Wellness Series: short sessions of wellbeing focuses of 4 fields: mindfulness, breathwork, learning and recovery.

Our mindfulness practices help you find inner calm and balance amidst the chaos of daily life. Our breathwork sessions guide you through powerful breathing techniques that enhance your overall well-being. At the end of each workout, we provide a unique 5-minute daily session dedicated to mobility and muscle recovery, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate. And on the top of that we have something unique and so special: our microlessons: 5 minutes of short and precise classes trying to explain many of the topics regarding our 4 pillars: movement, nutrition, wellness and community .

  1. MindFullness sessions: from 5 to 20 min, we have covered everything you need for getting started in meditation or regardless your expertise, if you need some short burst of calm and focus. In our micro sessions of wellness you will travel through mindfulness experiences centered on “Focused Attention”, “Full Awareness” or “Visualizations”.
  2. BreathWork sessions: air the beginning of life. We know that and that is why we have developed this proprietary product for our members. From practices focused in the muscle training, or in the biochemistry procedures and even on the consciousness itself, with these exercises in 5 min to 10 min practices, we are sure you will learn the power of breathing forever.
  3. Muscle Recovery: we teach how to move for the long term, and that means you are about to embrace a fitness model for the rest of your life. In that context , some recovery and care of all your soft tissues is needed, and that is the rationale behind these sessions: foam roller, triggers balls, theraguns and self-massage micro sessions after the workouts are incredible power in your recovery.
  4. Learnings: it seems that 5 min isn’t too much if you want to learn something new, but not in PaleoTraining: topics as myths in nutrition, travel kits, physiology, hypertrophy, recon strategies are explained through our 5 min classes in a way you never see before. With more information, you’ll have more knowledge and from there you will be able to make better decisions in your lifestyle. We empower you with those learnings.

  • Recipes and diets: we have the most varied and adapted different approaches to your diet: primal, paleo, vegan, animal based, plant based, carnivore, pescatarian, flexitarian, Keto, Performance and so many others, all of them under the same umbrella of purpose: you choose the option, we design ir for you and together we nourish yourself in the best way ever.
