Our certification program provides you with the most compelling skills and cutting edge knowledge needed to become a successful coach, including movement tutorials, live sessions with experienced coaches, and a qualification test. As a certified coach, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your education with our Head Coach Level program, which includes expert courses in breath work, meditation, injury-free running, nutrition advisory, and workout programming.
Through these programs, you’ll acquire skills in:

On line Coach Certification
- Online Course Access: You will be given access to the online course portal which includes video recorded classes, movement tutorials, and other study materials.
- Live Session with the Professor: You will have the opportunity to attend live online sessions with the professor where you can interact and clarify your doubts.
- Qualification Test: After completing the course, you will be required to take a qualification test. You will have to record yourself performing the movements and coaching a client.
- Certification: Upon passing the qualification test, you will be granted a certification as a PaleoTraining© Coach.
- Timeframe: The course is designed to be completed within 3 months, and you have the flexibility to choose your own study pace.

On Premise Coach Certification
Flagship Course: This course is the flagship program of PaleoTraining© and is delivered in-person at a designated training center.
Live Session with the Founder: You will have the opportunity to attend live sessions with the founder where you can interact and ask questions.
40 Hours of Classes: The course comprises 40 hours of classes, including workouts, movement practices, lectures, and discussions.
Workouts and Movement Practices: You will learn various workouts and movement practices that are specific to PaleoTraining©, including strength training, functional movements, and conditioning exercises.
Certification: Upon completing the course and passing the qualification test, you will be granted a certification as a PaleoTraining© Coach.
Duration: The course is designed to be completed within a set timeframe, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks.
Practical Application: You will have the opportunity to apply what you learn by coaching and working with real clients under the guidance of experienced coaches.
Networking: You will have the opportunity to connect with other coaches and professionals in the fitness industry, building relationships and expanding your network.
Online Course Access: In addition to the on-premise course, you will also be granted access to the online course portal for 3 months. This will allow you to review the course material and continue your learning even after the on-premise course is completed. You can also access the online portal during the on-premise course to supplement your learning and reinforce your understanding of the material.

Head Coach Access
Both the on-premise and online certification courses for PaleoTraining© provide access to the Head Level program. This program includes expert courses in breathwork, meditation, running injury-free, nutrition advisory, and workout programming.
Whether you choose to complete the certification course in-person at a designated training centre or online, you will have access to the same Head Level program and expert courses. This means that you can continue to develop your skills and deepen your knowledge of the PaleoTraining© philosophy, regardless of which certification format you choose.
Completing the expert courses and passing all trails will qualify you for the Level 2 or Head Coach in PaleoTraining©, which demonstrates a high level of expertise and skill in the field.Expert Courses: As part of the Head Level program, you will have access to 4 expert courses:

Trail Completion: To become a Level 2 or Head Coach in PaleoTraining©, you will need to pass all 5 trails from the expert courses. These trails are designed to test your knowledge and skills in each area and ensure that you are qualified to coach clients in these areas.

Manager Qualification
After achieving the Head Coach designation and being invited to become a Master Coach in PaleoTraining©, you will have the opportunity to become a teacher for the coach certification program.
As a Master Coach and teacher for the certification program, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with aspiring coaches and help them develop the skills and expertise needed to become successful PaleoTraining© coaches. You will play a vital role in the growth and development of the PaleoTraining© community and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the program.
Becoming a teacher for the coach certification program is a prestigious and rewarding opportunity that is only available to those who have demonstrated exceptional coaching skills and a deep understanding of the PaleoTraining© philosophy.
Manager Qualification
