movement. Through interval-based training, we enhance strength, endurance, and resilience with HIIT (paused/non-paused) workouts, MIIT (50% cardio, 50% functional movements), and LIIT (strength-focused training). Designed to challenge and reward, PaleoTraining helps you move as nature intended.

Nuestra Historia
PaleoTraining fue lanzado en Lanzarote (Islas Canarias, España) en 2009 por Airam Fernández, uno de los principales expertos mundiales en fitness evolutivo. Después de darse cuenta de que muchos de sus pacientes sufrían de dolores crónicos y lesiones musculares, se percató de que, aunque estaba tratando los síntomas, no estaba abordando su causa. Junto con su curiosidad natural en Medicina Evolutiva, Airam decidió cambiar sistemáticamente su enfoque en su práctica. Eliminó los equipos tradicionales de su clínica e introdujo rutinas de ejercicio, incluyendo pesas, bandas, esterillas y barras. Esto, combinado con la efectividad de un entrenamiento simplificado (correr, saltar, colgarse, empujar y tirar), dio lugar al nacimiento de PaleoTraining.

Esto, combinado con la efectividad de un entrenamiento simplificado (correr, saltar, colgarse, empujar y jalar), dio lugar al nacimiento de PaleoTraining.
Hoy en día, PaleoTraining cuenta con más de 16,000 miembros en su comunidad y 14 centros en España, y está en camino de convertirse en un fenómeno internacional.
